Even with an efficient heater, it is not possible to reach and maintain an acceptable level of heat when nighttime temperatures dip below 60 degrees.- The spa is much easier to heat and will heat up quickly for year-round enjoyment at no additional cost.- Pool maintenance takes place on Tuesdays and Fridays between 9am-11am. It typically takes 15-20 minutes. Our pool cleaner is considerate, uses no loud machinery and enters through the side gate.- Gardening takes place on Thursday mornings for approximately 30 minutes. The gardener is mindful and enters through the side gate.- Walk-up trash service takes place Thursday mornings – no need to put the bins on the curb!- We work to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs whenever possible. Additional fees may apply.- Licensed vacation rentals in Palm Springs must follow strict vacation rental laws as detailed in the Good Neighbor Brochure, which span occupancy limits, vehicle limits, party-free homes, collection of hotel taxes and prohibition of outdoor music.
