***Please note, the HOA will be replacing the waterproofing membrane on the balconies of this Great Bear Building July 8 – July 19, 2024. Work will take place during business hours: Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5PM. During this time all decking will be removed, waterproofing membrane will be replaced, decking will be replaced, and any damaged decorative wood trim will be restored. Balconies will be accessed by boom lift outside so no interior access is required. The balconies will not be accessible during this time and please expect loud noises during the day as this part of the work is being completed.This beautiful and expansive condo is located in the Great Bear Lodge building, right in the heart of The Village at Northstar. Guests may also enjoy use of the Village Swim and Fitness Center, which includes a year-round saline pool, hot tub, large fitness facility, locker rooms with steam showers, and a game and lounge area. This residence includes one underground parking space in the heated parking garage with elevator access.
