There is enough space for 4 guests and the location is great for enjoying Breckenridge any time of the year. The building amenities include a pool table, clubhouse, and two outdoor tennis courts. This is an ideal option for groups of friends or small families looking to enjoy everything Breckenridge has to offer!The Space:This one bedroom, one bathroom condo can accommodate up to 4 guests and has been recently renovated and tastefully decorated. The bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub. The family room, dining room, and kitchen share an open concept. The family room has a large flat screen TV, comfortable furniture, a queen size sleeper sofa, and access to a small balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal and there is a dining table with seating for four. Lastly, next to the kitchen there is a washer and dryer that guests can use during their stay.The amenities of the Ski & Racquet Club are some of the best in Breckenridge. Guests will be able to use the clubhouse, pool table, and outdoor tennis courts. The condo comes with one covered parking spot. There is a free bus stop at the entrance of the Ski & Racquet Club so a car is not required.Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C.Breckenridge STR License Number: 432240004Guest AccessGuests have access to the entire 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condominium. Guests also have access to the clubhouse with a pool table. Two tennis courts are available for use during the summer months. Please message us through the app or booking platform for the quickest response.The Neighborhood:This quiet neighborhood is a 10-minute walk (0.5 miles) from downtown Breckenridge and Main Street. There is a free shuttle pickup at the entrance of the condo building. The free shuttle bus takes passengers to the Gondola with other stops along the way. This location is quiet and a quick walk to Main Street and other nearby activities.Getting Around:The Breckenridge Free Ride Bus is the best way to get around town and there is a Brown Route bus stop at the entrance of the neighborhood and condo building. Downtown Breckenridge is a 10-minute walk away. Uber/Lyft is also available.Other Things to Note:Please provide an accurate guest count prior to booking. Rates vary throughout the week and season and by the number of guests. It’s important that your guest count is accurate so we can be sure the condo is adequately prepared and stocked for your stay.Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.Interaction with Guests:We are offsite but available when needed.
