Returning home at the end of the day is easy – simply ski down to Winterplace from the top or take the lift up from the base lodge area.This condo has been beautifully renovated with a gas fireplace, an updated kitchen, and hardwood floors in the living area. It’s a great spot for non-skiers to watch all the action from the warmth of the indoors, as the lift is located directly behind the building.With seasonal community amenities that include an indoor swimming pool, hot tubs, and tennis and basketball courts, Winterplace is a wonderful spot to find both relaxation and adventure. There are two chair lifts that come up from the base lodge area and let out by Winterplace, while the trail leading back down to the base lodge from Winterplace is rated for beginners, making this a fantastic location for skiers of all skill levels.THINGS TO KNOWThis condo does not have air conditioning.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
