Just 120 steps to Fanny hill from this Aspenwood Condo. Brand new luxurious flooring, paint, lighting plus a newly installed washer/dryer. The condo consists of a huge master bedroom with a king size bed, cable TV, lots of windows plus a chaise lounge in the master bedroom – you have nice views towards the ski area and overlooking the pool. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size bottom bunk, twin upper bunk and an extra twin bed. This bedroom has cable TV for the kiddos. The living room has a gas fireplace and a pull out Pottery Barn couch for extra bedding. All rooms have televisions with cable TV. There is a ski storage locker just outside the front door. The location is superb – you are walking distance to everything!! The complex is next door to the new Viewline Resort (formerly the Westin/Silvertree) where they have an amazing spa and also a kids day camp for little ones that aren’t ready for ski school. Plus you are walking distance to all Snowmass has to offer – dining, apres ski and shopping. The Aspenwood complex has two outdoor grotto hot tubs with waterfalls plus a heated pool, small exercise room, sauna and outdoor grill next to the pool.
