You’ll be just a short walk to the heart of the Village at Northstar, where you can hop on the lifts to take you right up the mountain.While you’ll likely spend much of your time on the slopes during peak ski season, the Northstar Property Owners Association is less than a mile away. Enjoy access to the Northstar recreation center amenities, which include tennis courts, basketball courts, a fitness center, a sauna, a hot tub, a seasonal lap pool, and an open grill area next to a beautiful creek surrounded by pine, fir, and aspen trees. (Site rentals include the use of three picnic tables and up to two gas BBQ grills with grilling utensils.) There is a $10 daily fee per person for use of the facilities. During the warmer months, the NPOA has additional activities as well, and you’ll be just 12 miles from the northern shore of Lake Tahoe for fishing, boating, swimming, and lakeside picnicking.Bright, pleasant, and decorated with rustic accents, this contemporary condo offers ski-lodge sensibilities and plenty of modern conveniences. The cozy living room has comfortable furnishings where you can gather and relax. Adjacent to this, there’s a dining table and a nearby breakfast bar where you can enjoy morning coffee, a few board games, or a hot, home-cooked meal prepared in the full kitchen. The bright and efficient kitchen is packed with essential accessories and a dishwasher to help you keep those dirty dishes in check during your stay.For your essentials, WiFi is provided, as well as a shared, coin-operated washer/dryer on the second floor, so feel free to leave those bulky suitcases at home!THINGS TO KNOWThis vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets.
