The Sports Center is closed for maintenance until Memorial Day weekend, 2023. There are also three outdoor tennis courts, plus a firepit (by reservation only). All outdoor amenities are available.THINGS TO KNOWAmenity availability is controlled by Sunrise, not Vacasa. As such, please visit Sunrise’s website for details regarding amenities. Children under the age of 12 must be chaperoned by an adult for all activities.Baby gate and children’s games are provided.This property does not have air-conditioning. It’s actually quite rare to find air-conditioning in Vermont properties. Please utilize fans in the property and/or open windows for a breeze.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information.
