You’ll enjoy two furnished balconies in the summer and fall, an easy walk (or ski) to the slopes in winter, and a perfectly central location with access to a shared outdoor pool, hot tub, and tennis courts!This condo is located in the heart of Arrowhead, 100 yards north of the Arrow Bahn Express Lift. Don’t feel like cooking? A variety of restaurants, bars, and breweries are scattered across the immediate area. In addition to the slopes of Arrowhead, you’ll find skiing and snowboarding for every skill level a short bus ride or drive away, in Avon (three miles east) and at Beaver Creek (five miles east) and Vail (14 miles east). Hiking, river sports, and world-class mountain biking can also be found all over the county.Things to KnowThe pool and hot tub are closed for off-season maintenance and will reopen the first week of June 2024.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.This rental is located on floor 2.Ski shuttle details:Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
