Newly remodeled! New kitchen, new floors throughout the Livingroom/kitchen creating an inviting open space in the living area. New floors on lower level, new carpet an all stairs and hallways!Only few steps away from Sachem trail. Rented only few times a year. We are in Building 10. On most days we put on the skis right in front of the condo and ski to Sachem, which is maybe 50 steps away. If snow permits, you can ski back all the way to the building. No need to cross any parking lots, roadways. See map in photos. Parking is on site, right in front of the condo.Inquire for a weekend even if showing occupied as we may be flexible to accommodate you.Be the first one on the Sunburst 6 bubble chair lift in the morning. Others can join you as they please with this slopeside accommodation. Ski back home for lunch, and head back out to finish the day. Then enjoy cozy afternoon by the fireplace. Four level condo where everybody can find space to enjoy apres-ski fun. Kids can enjoy board games, movies, their own bunk room area.Sleds for kids included!Main floor has a living room, dining area, fully stocked kitchen with new appliances. There is a breakfast bar off the kitchen. There are two floors below, each has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Above the living space there is a loft for additional sleeping space.Kitchen fully stocked, linens and towels provided.The living room has a smart tv with cable, there are 3 more smart TVs with Roku Netflix, YouTube TV.
