Overlooking the village the Unit is on the QUIET SIDE of the complex away from the early morning noise of the groomers/machinery & not near the hot tubs that can get noisy late at night, we are not near the elevators (can be noisy). This condo has a small outdoor GAS GRILL, X-Box/games & 2 sets of adult SNOWSHOES, pack-n-play, books, toys, movies & games. Private, locked ski storage with condo rental. The owners also have a 1 bedroom condo directly below this condo that is available to rent (sleeps 5). In the summer the sun does not shine directly into our condo so it stays cooler during the day.Walk to restaurants, shops, tubing hill, massage, liquor store, starbucks & more.Winter Park Resort has 2762 acres of skiable terrain, 134 trails and 30 feet of snowfall annually. The Zephyr Mountain Lodge is the only Ski-In-Ski-Out property at Winter Park. Winter activities include skiing and snowboarding, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, sleigh rides, snowmobiling, ice skating, dog sled rides and more.Although it offers some of the best champagne powder and world class skiing it is more than a winter destination. Winter Park offers the ultimate Colorado vacation experience 365 days a year.
