This single family home is nestled among the birch trees in the Bolton Valley Ski Area. 3 bedrooms (Queen size beds in 2 rooms & 2 bunk beds in the 3rd) 2 baths (1 up & 1 down), 2 large living areas, laundry room, full kitchen with a gas range, dishwasher & microwave + an extra large covered porch that overlooks the valley.The resort offers an OFF road driving school, great hiking, and a unique swimming hole for summer fun.For the winter … a ski in/ski out experience. Radiant heat and extra large hot water heater makes for a warm comfortable night after a day of skiing. The resort offers 3 peaks for alpine skiing and 1900 acres of cross country trials.There are too many activities to list !Direct TV, Phone and Internet included.Bolton is 20 minutes to Downtown Burlington and Lake Champlain and 35 minutes to Stowe Mountain Resort.Seasonal or long term rentals are welcome, please contact me for pricing.
