Please be advised that vehicles parked there are on Heavenly’s property, not our condo building property. During peak season periods (approx Dec 15-Apr 15), we suggest only parking there for limited time periods, and absolutely avoid parking there overnight if snowfall is planned (as they may ticket/tow if they are unable to keep the lot plowed). Unlimited free parking is available at the Hard Rock casino in downtown South Lake.SUMMER: Building does not have air conditioning, summer temps usually moderate at 7,500 ft elevation. We ask guests to assist with optional checkout procedures that are very time consuming such as start dishwasher, wash a load or two of towels.
