The Terraces is located in the Meadows area of Mountain Village, nice and quiet! Terraces 701 is a contemporary, well-appointed, two-bedroom, two-bathroom rental home. Skiers will appreciate the location slope side on the Meadows Run. Take your pick. Want to ride the Chondola OR Lift 1 into the Village core? Or you can hop on Lift 10 and get whisked away for a long run down.This one-level condo has it all. Luxurious furnishings such as a big comfy sectional, easy chairs, new bedding and beds, and all-new linens make for a comfy stay. The gas fireplace warms the open living space, and the wall of windows lets in beautiful natural light. The fully equipped galley-style kitchen has granite countertops and plenty of space for the baker or chef in the group to create. The dining area leads to a private deck facing south. There is a grill on the deck.Located off the living room is the queen master suite with a flat-screen TV and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. This bedroom has a large walk-in closet. The second guest bedroom is also located off the living area and has a captain’s bunk. The guest bathroom in the hall serves as the second guest bedroom and has a glass shower. Terraces 701 is ideal for a small family or 2 couples.This little slice of paradise will delight summer, winter, fall, or spring.
