This complex has two hout tubs year round and a pool that’s open most of the year (spring to fall). A community grill outside and parking for one vehilce make this a perfect downtown spot! The condo also has an in unit washer and dryer or coin operated community facilites as well.This updated and recently remodeled condo is in the most convenient location in Breckenridge! Brand new carpet, paint, countertops, are just some of the upgrades! Enjoy new beds, sofas, and furnishings in this centrally located and modern 3 bed 3 bath.
