Welcome to our beautifully renovated condo with a rustic theme. Ours is a rare end unit with a balcony. We are in a great location, with mostly “ski-in/ski-out” access. When the snow level allows, there is a groomed trail about 20 feet from our door which leads to the mid mountain Ritz Carlton Gondola & full mnt access. With less coverage you will have a 5 minute walk across the parking area to the groomed slope at most. There’s no need to take the shuttle or get in your car. Also a 5 minute walk to the village.After you book and prior to your arrival, you will receive a custom front door key code for your check in.Our Ski Trail condo which sleeps 6 is a rare end unit with a balcony. Our condo is an upper unit and involves stairs.From the parking area there is a paved path with gradual stairs about 25-30 yards to the building.Our kitchen is fully equipped including a new, self-cleaning gas range, all dishes, silverware, glassware and pots and pans for most types of cooking. There is an electric coffee maker, and there are also additional items like paper towels, napkins, coffee filters, and dish soap for both the sink and dishwasher.***Our condo is not appropriate for children 5 and under***We have an “open tread” stairway and a loft bedroom with a bed up against a 3 foot loft wall. Difficult for little ones to navigate.The master bedroom has a king size bed, and is on the main level. A queen and two twin beds are in the loft. There is a narrow stairway up to the converted loft. All bed linens are provided as well as bath towels/hand towels/wash cloths (for 6 guests) in the bathroom (1 Bath).Our condo is a short walk via a lighted asphalt path which leads to the pedestrian friendly village featuring a variety of shopping options from stylish boutiques, art galleries and specialty retailers to a collection of cafes and restaurants all centered around a an ice skating rink in the winter and a skating rink in the summerOnce at the condo, put away your car keys and relax.You have access to all of the facilities:Summer and Winter:• Access to pools, work out center and hot tubs• Restaurants• Starbucks• Deli/grocery• Candle making• Village shopping• Spa and Yoga at the Ritz Wellness Center• Movie TheaterSUMMER only:• Beautiful cobblestone walking village• Mountain bike park—One of North America’s largest• 18 hole golf course• 3 pools• Spas and fitness/work out facilities• Horseback riding• 8 tennis courts• One of North America’s largest mountain bike parks with chair lift up the mountain• Fly fishing• A variety of RestaurantsWINTER:• Downhill skiing• Cross country skiing• Fat tire snow biking• Ice rink• Fire pits and s’mores around the ice rinkThere is free shuttle bus within the resort area.Also, we are minutes away from Lake Tahoe.There is a flat screen TV with cable channelsThere is a gas grill on the deck.No smoking, No petsWe include owners Guest Passes to access the Recreation Center and Pool/Spa areas which are a short walk away.
