Built by Peter Estin, the first head of the ski school at Sugarbush, this home was once frequented by the ‘jet set’ from New York City that used to vacation in this area back in the late 50s and early 60s.If you’re visiting in the winter, this rental is located less than a mile from Sugarbush (Lincoln Peak) for prime downhill skiing and snowboarding, and only five miles from the Blueberry Lake Cross Country & Snowshoeing Center. In warm weather, you’ll find extensive networks of hiking and biking trails, as well as swimming at Warren Falls, just four miles away, and Blueberry Lake for fishing and wildlife viewing, only six miles from your front door. This rental is also conveniently close to the Sugarbush Golf Course and the Sugarbush Health & Recreation Center with pools, hot tubs, sports courts, and more, all for a nominal fee.Things to KnowParking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program.
