Rent bikes across the street, walk, drive, or use Uber’s to navigate the neighborhood & city.For added safety & security precautions, there are deadbolt locks, outdoor flood lights and security cameras outside overlooking the exterior.- No Parties ($150 fine per guest per night for parties)- No Smoking ($200 smoking fee with evidence of smoking indoors)- No additional guests spending the night- Additional visitors allowed within reason and with approval from the host- If you check in later than 9PM please let me know. I may not be available to help with any unforeseen check in troubles after this time
