For a reliable alternative with guaranteed check-in or check-out timing, it’s recommended to book the night before or after your scheduled arrival or departure.Other Things to Note:It’s Good to Note:- We offer complimentary street parking within designated areas for your convenience. While it’s worth noting that parking directly near the unit isn’t available, we appreciate your understanding.- Pets are allowed at this home at a rate of $150 per pet (2 max, up to 50 lbs). If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Portoro’s approval, there will be a cleaning charge of $500. Owner must pick up after dogs – no exceptions.- You must be 25 years or older to book this property.- Please note that our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count.
