Sound Machine and earplugs will be provided.Just north of the building are Downtown Traverse City Courts great for pickleball. There are 8 outdoor concrete courts, dedicated with permanent lines and nets and free to play!Other Things to Note:Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $69 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $600. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee.There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.Dogs are allowed with an additional fee, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please take your pup with you or kennel them when you leave the home. We cannot have sad, lonely barking dogs bothering our neighbors. Please be considerate and clean up after your pet. Pets must be secured on the premises or on a leash at all times.
