The location is smoke-free and pet-friendly with a shared large backyard available for guests and pets. This studio is minutes to the beach in multiple directions, close to the cruise terminal in less than 10 mins of driving. Street parking is available as well as Electric Vehicle Charging in this quiet area. Don’t forget the private outdoor shower which is a welcomed treat after a long day on the hot beach.THE SPACE – FIRST LEVEL LIVING / KITCHEN & DINING:As you walk into the studio, you’ll instantly be invited into a comfortable living room & breakfast area with the kitchen to your right. There is plenty of comfortable seating available and a large wi-fi enabled television. The galley style kitchen has ample space for small or large meal preparation, with all the stainless-steel appliances you would need as well as a Keurig and toaster. We also supply K-cups so you don’t have to run out to the store your first night!THE SPACE – SAME LEVEL BEDROOMS, BATHROOMSThe bedroom area contains 3 double sized beds and one pull-out that can be found off the living room. There are two bathrooms available, one a half bath and one full bath so everyone can get ready to head down to the beach at once! The full bathroom has a brand-new stand-up shower as well as any linens you’ll need for your stay.THE SPACE – OUTSIDEThe backyard will be your favorite place here with lovely lounge chairs and plenty of greenery to relax the evening away.
