For the boating enthusiast, a quick trip up Crooked Creek will take you to Lake Oconee in less than a half-hour (or 35 minutes driving by car). This relaxing getaway spot sleeps 10 comfortably and can be a snug fit for 12+ (with queen air mattress)- plenty large enough for the whole family or perfect for group of close friends. Great stay for the PGA Masters (60min), & 20-25min from Georgia College and GMC.The property includes a private boat dock, 2 kayaks with life jackets & paddles, floating “lily pads,” fishing rods w/ rod holders – everything you need to enjoy a day on the lake. Additional outdoor amenities include a large backyard with a cozy fire pit, English garden, upper deck seating and a lower/underdeck patio area complete with TV and grill. There is also a TV on the boat dock as well.Wi-Fi extends inside and out – so you’re always connected (and could even work if you had to) from anywhere on the property.Fish, kayak, float, swim…there are just so many ways to enjoy the lake which is just steps outside the back door. The master bedroom with a connected bathroom, two additional bedrooms, a private laundry room and 1.5 additional bathrooms are all located on the main floor.The lower level is the ultimate game room with a pool table, darts, bar, movie area (apple TV, YouTube TV, 500 DVDs), secondary fully equipped kitchen, and full bathroom with a large stand up tiled shower. The couch is a sleeper sofa.Outdoor Living:Private Dock Access with TV and outdoor furniture, floating lily pad to tie off and swim. Water level changes at dock & entry steps for easy access in/out of water.2 Kayaks with paddles. Fishing poles w/ rod holders. We have some sm/md & lg/xl life vests. Smaller kids will need to bring their own vests. The hot tub is available upon request.
