Hot Tub Renovation Project Tentative Schedule: The anticipated Start date is April 29th, 2024.Project work hours are 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Saturday.It will be noisy and dusty during demolition.(The hot tub project will be ongoing throughout the spring, summer, and fall with an anticipated completion date late in the fall.)This newer condo located in Winter Park’s new resort village is your perfect getaway with top notch resort amenities at the Base of Winter Park. Guests also have the opportunity to purchase a parking spot in the attached heated parking garageInside this spacious unit you will find accommodations for five. It features a king-size bed in the primary bedroom. In the family room, a sleeper sofa that sleeps two and an ottoman that folds out to a twin-sized bed perfect for a child or teen. After a day on the mountain, enjoy turning on the fireplace and watching cable on the flat screen TV. Savor a morning cup of coffee on a private balcony. Safeway grocery store is 5.6 miles away at Fraser the town of Fraser.NO SMOKING or PETS allowed.This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity.
