Finished in 2021, this modern townhome is convieniently located in Old Town, Winter Park. The Winter Park ski resort is a 10 minute walk or quick shuttle ride away (shuttle stop is located 150 yards away).Fully-equipped kitchen and open floor with mountain views. The home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, and comfortably accommodates 12.There is one parking spot in the heated garage that fits an extra large large SUV (plus roof rack), as well as two driveway spots. A gas grill off the kitchen balcony is hooked up to gas line. Additionally the house includes multiple decks, a whole house humidification system, and plenty of storage.
