This grand space has a cozy fireplace to take the chill out of the Colorado evenings, and a BREAKFAST NOOK close by that leads into the kitchen.The air-conditioned KITCHEN is open to the living area but closed off just enough to allow for easy meal preparation or aprés-ski snacks. The custom eat-in design is super convenient and will be the spot where everyone gathers while waiting for the morning coffee to brew. High-end appliances include a massive double refrigerator and an impressive gas range. Next to the kitchen is a formal DINING ROOM with built-in bookshelves, glass French doors, and a banquet table for ten.Two of the five bedrooms are located on this main level. The first GUEST BEDROOM has a full-size bed, and the second GUEST BEDROOM has a queen-size bed with a walk-in closet. A FULL BATHROOM can be accessed from the hallway easily by each room.Up the swirling spiral stairway lies the luxurious PRIMARY SUITE, complete with a king-size bed, seating area, fireplace, and not one but two private balconies for immersing yourself in the surrounding natural beauty. The PRIMARY BATHROOM ENSUITE features a deep tub for soaking the day away and a spa-like step-in shower.
