This cozy, freshly renovated cottage is perfect for families and friends to have an island getaway. Less than 2 miles away from Chincoteague’s main attractions, and only a few minutes drive to the beach, this is the perfect vacation spot.This spacious 450 sq. ft cottage features an open concept floor plan, with one bed room and bathroom. A queen bed in the main living area, and a bunk bed with a full and single bed in the bedroom.The outside offers a screened in porch, outdoor electric grill, outdoor shower.Linens for bed and bath will NOT be provided.There will be a 100.00 per night extra charge for any emotional support animals.You will be sent check in information a few days before your stayPlease try to leave cottage as clean as you would expect it for your stay, the next guest and the owner will greatly appreciate your cooperation.Here is a link to my other properties19993953158054
