There are two designated parking spots outside the home, along with guest parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Towing is strictly enforced for cars not parked in designated spots or without the proper parking pass for the entire stay.Getting Around:The Club house, gym, Café Sol, lagoon-Pool, and lazy River are all within a 5 min walk of the home. Parking is limited at the club house so it might be easier to walk there after dropping others off if there is no parking.Other Things to Note:Optional pool heat is available for $30/day with a two-day minimum, applicable for the entire stay. We recommend pool heat between the months of October and May. Resort amenties are available for a one time fee of $35.Please let us know in advance if you would like to add this amenity to ensure optimal time for the pool to be properly heated.
