You can walk to Rotary Beach park , London Bridge or many nearby bars and restaurants.The Space:There is also ample parking for vehicles, EV charger, toys and RV hookups. There are stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and extremely comfortable beds and linens. There are smart TV’s throughout the home with access to all streaming services. The backyard is low maintenance, with a patio and fire pit area where you can gather with family after a day on the lake.Bedroom 1: Cal King in MasterBedroom 2: Queen Bed with a twin over full bunk bedSofa: Pull Out Queen MattressPlease note, our TV’s have DIRECTV Stream that can be accessed using our Apple TV with no login needed. There is also access to all streaming platforms using the Apple TV in the living room and an Amazon FireStick in each bedroom.Garage: The owners have stored their boat on a trailer which takes up space in the garage and is not available to guests. The laundry room is inside the garage and accessible from inside the house for guests to still use the washer and dryer.
