The other bedroom on the first floor is closer to the kitchen, just past the entrance to the pool patio. This room features an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a standalone shower. Upstairs, the third bedroom lies straight across from the top of the stairs. This spacious room features extra seating, a two-window view, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks, a soaking tub, and a standalone shower. Out in the hallway, the fourth bedroom lies to the right just past the upstairs living room (with a full bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination just next door). The nautical-themed fifth bedroom is just down the hall, steps away from another full bedroom with a shower/tub combination.
