With a furnished lanai, a private pool on the south side of the house which gets sun all day long, and four spacious bedrooms, this home is perfect for entertaining and accommodating a total of 10 guests! Upon entering this gorgeous retreat, guests will be greeted by a bright entryway featuring a sitting room, a formal dining area, and direct access to the lanai through sliding glass doors. Immediately to the right is the primary bedroom boasting a king bed, access to the lanai, and the primary bath complete with a jetted tub! Make your way to the other side of the house and you will find a second bedroom with a queen bed. Continue down the hall and you will arrive at the last two bedrooms, the left containing a queen bed, and the right containing two twins and French doors leading to the living area. These two bedrooms are split by the bathroom at the end of the hall.After a day of soaking up the sun at the beach or boating along the canals, take a cold beverage out to the lanai and kick your feet up as the kids splash in the pool and a show plays on the TV. There is a sound dock that offers surround sound throughout the entire house and lanai area, so play some favorite tunes as you cook up a few burgers on the gas grill! When the stars come out, everyone can gather for a board game or gather for a movie night in the living room with a bowl of popcorn. Make the best memories and make your way to this stunning home!Sitting on a freshwater canal system that leads to various lakes including Lake Kenny, this home is just the place to bring your boat or jet skis and enjoy a day on the water with loved ones! Wake up early and head out for a quiet start to the day while trying your luck at fishing in the canal. Venture out a bit further and you can experience the emerald waters and sugar-white sand at the Sanibel, Captiva, and Fort Meyers Beaches! If the kids get a bit restless, Sunsplash Family Water Park is just three miles from your front door offering a full day of amusement. Or, head to Gator Mike’s Family Fun Park for miniature golf, go-karts, and more!
