The kitchen comes well-equipped for home cooking with all major appliances (including dishwasher), cookware, and utensils. There’s breakfast bar seating and the adjacent dining table can seat guests as well. In the evenings, unwind beside the cozy electric fireplace in the step-down living room with shows and movies on the smart TV. The fully screened lanai offers filtered fairway views through the trees and comes furnished for outdoor living and alfresco dining with table seating for everyone.All three bedrooms are equipped with TVs for guest convenience. Primary guests will enjoy a private en suite featuring a soaking tub and standalone shower. The second guest bedroom includes private access to an open-air deck.
