The island kitchen comes well-appointed with stainless steel appliances and utensils to handle family cooking, while the dining table can seat up to six. For a special treat, fire up the gas grill on the back deck and dine al fresco at the outdoor table overlooking the river. The screened porch is a great escape any time of day. Sip a morning coffee or play a round of cards at the four-seater table while enjoying your favorite beverage for happy hour. On chilly nights, the gas fireplace in the living room is a perfectly cozy gathering spot.The spacious lower level is built to entertain! Enjoy hours of fun on the large gaming table with a variety of classic and modern board games, puzzles, and books. Or stream/cast your favorite shows and movies onto the Roku-equipped TV. A mini-fridge and microwave will save you trips upstairs for drinks and snacks. Go out onto the lower deck for another great view of the river out of the elements.
