Being able to head to breakfast for coffee, the beach, shopping or happy hour and sunset dinner using just a bicycle, and not getting in the car, is what makes the Sea Pines experience especially memorable. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Information is provided to our guests.PAYMENT: A deposit is required at time of a weekly non holiday reservation, with full payment due a minimum of 60 days before a weekly arrival. More than one week, RBC Heritage, and long term stay reservations require a 50% deposit at booking. Payment is through VRBO in US Dollars. International fees are paid by the guest/renter.A $300 refundable damage deposit is required for your stay. Guest needs to mail check to owner a month before scheduled stay.
