The home has vaulted ceilings and extra windows looking out to a beautiful mountain view. There is a private patio with seating area and a private BBQ.The living space has a nice open feel. The living room offers a pull-out couch, with a pellet stove, to keep warm during the cold winter months. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to prepare a delicious meal and there is a dining room table with bar seating.The bedroom is on the main floor, outside the living area, with a king-sized bed with closet. The full bathroom is shared with the common living space, located in the hallway outside of the bedroom. The bathroom has a separate vanity area and a tub/shower. Across from the vanity is private, in-unit laundry. There is also a dedicated workspace in the hallway. Upstairs, in the loft, there are two single beds and an ensuite full bathroom with walk-in shower.We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent, and pellets.You will undoubtedly love staying in this cozy home!Guest Access:You will have the entire condo to yourselves.The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Snowcreek – there is one jacuzzi and a sauna.There are 2 parking passes permitted for this property. The parking spaces are located in any open space in the community parking area. Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle.Other Details to Note:As of 6/10/24 the downstairs neighbor is conducting a remodel on their home; constrcution noises may be heard during the day.
