Our prices reflect up to 5 person occupancy . There is no parking fee. The Resort does charge a Resort fee starting Jan. 1st. 2024 is $31.00 a day and starting April 1st. 2024 is $36.00 a day, Plus tax. which covers services such as, free parking, tennis court use, gym, beach towels, beach chairs, also free use of a large washer and dryer on each floor next to elevators.
