Welcome to 5-star luxury. This newly remodeled stunning 3-bedroom/2 bath beach house is situated on a restricted private beach within a gated beach front community. This home features spectacular panoramic ocean views throughout the house. Wake up each morning to the refreshing ocean breeze and the soft sound of the waves in your private backyard beach. It does not get much better than this.*Before reading further, please note we have a VERY strict no pet policy. No pets permitted on or about the property at any time. Please do not inquire if you are bringing an animal. No exceptions will be made. We appreciate your understanding*The beach house is one half of a duplex with a total of 1000 sf of living space. The lower level features one full tub/shower bathroom, one bedroom with a queen-size bed , and an open-concept living room/kitchen with direct beach access from our own private patio. The upper level features a 2nd full shower bathroom, master bedroom with a king-size bed and stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, along with a 3rd bedroom that has two sets of bunk beds (can sleep up to 4). The entire house can accommodate up to a max of 8 people including guests. The driveway can fit only two cars parked tandem.This beach house is designed to provide you with all the essentials of a well stocked home. Cooking is made possible in this fully stocked kitchen! The kitchen provides an assortment of cookware and kitchen staples such as spices, condiments, oils, sugar, and coffee.*All items provided, serve as a starter kit, depending on your stay you mighty need to purchase additional items at the local store.Entertainment made possible in the open concept living room! The beach house has been designed for your ultimate entertainment experience with an open concept living room/kitchen and patio. Enjoy breathtaking views while entertaining with family and friends. The living room and master bedroom boast a flat screen TV and DVD player.The beach directly in front of the house is your own private beach, not shared with anyone else. The private patio is fully furnished, stocked with a BBQ, patio table to enjoy dinner under the stars, and a comfortable seating area.**Due to the changes with the sand levels and the ocean. The waves have shifted the sand level and now a ladder is needed to access the beach. For those that are not comfortable with the use of stairs about 30 yards to the north there is a vacant lot that has direct access without the use of the stairs. The beach front changes daily alternating between rocky and sandy.House Rules:We apologize but we do not accept pets.PLEASE NOTE this is NOT a party house. The house is located in a quiet beachfront residential community. The neighbors on both sides of the house live there permanently and we want to respect them. If you are looking for a party atmosphere, this would not be the home for you.
