This small cottage is perfect for 2! Enjoy your very own private sandy beach, dock, fire pit and large deck. Fully furnished inside and out, including use of kayaks. The only thing missing is YOU!Inside: This cozy and newly renovated cottage sits on private Oxoboxo lake in Montville, CT. From the moment you walk into the cottage you see a wall of windows with a million dollar view of the lake. There are views of the lake from every window on 3 sides of the cottage.Once you come in you will find the cottage is nicely furnished inside and out. In the family room you have leather sectional with chaise , glass top tables, TV with a streaming device, stereo and in ceiling speakers. In the eat in kitchen you will find nice new concrete counter tops, plenty of cabinets, table with 4 chairs, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. In the sun room you have a nice chaise lounge looking out at the lake. The bedroom offers a KING size bed, night stand with a lamp. The bathroom offers a stand up shower, toilet and sink. Hardwood and tile floors can be found through out the cottage as well along with a washer/dryer for your convenience.Outside: Once outside you will find a large deck with furniture and a gas grill . Next you will see your very own private sandy beach, dock and fire pit. Please note we do have firewood for 5.00 per crate.Please note, price is for 2 people. We can accept 2 more guests for an extra fee.Located: We are located close to Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods Resort Casinos, Mystic, Shopping, hiking and within 40 minutes of Bradley International Airport (Hartford, CT).
