Between South First and SoCo within walkable proximity to some of the best restaurants and shopping in Austin. Walk to the trail, around the lake or walk downtown. Anywhere in Central Austin – Zilker Park, Barton Springs, East Austin, convention center, etc – is an inexpensive Lyft/Uber drive away. The bus also stops across South Congress from me.New stainless appliances including dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, toaster oven, fridge and gas range. New washer dryer. Lots of brand new kitchen supplies for the chef and regular coffee press. Bedroom has tv with build in DVR player, marble vanity in bathroom, new tempurpedic queen sized bed, black out liner on bamboo shades, huge walk in closet. Unit has a parking spot in my garage. I have upgraded internet so its very high speed. Best of all: I have a top of the line air purification system that cleans all the air in the house every 20 minutes, including viruses, mold, pollen, cedar, dust, etc. You will wake up with the clearest nose you’ve had in your life!Ideal for 1 or 2 adults, 2 adults, 2 adults w a child willing to sleep on a couch that does NOT fold out. The unit has its own keyed entrance.
