Arrive to an expansive open living and dining area, curated to be the perfect spot to entertain and enjoy your time together. Hardwood floors throughout, stone countertops, new designer stainless steel appliances and a fully appointed kitchen round out this tastefully designed home. Baycation is a 4 bedroom home that comfortably entertains and sleeps large families. The Poly and Bark dining table seats the entire family and the custom designer sectional fits everyone for movie night. Plan to indulge yourself in real down comforters, 100% cotton sheets, hand picked feather and gel pillows and luxury bath towels. A sun filled master bedroom is outfitted with a private patio, a king bed and a queen futon sleeper sofa. Slip into the master bedrooms luxurious en suite bathroom and into your very own soaker tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the additional 2 bedrooms have full/twin bunk beds. The second full bathroom has a bathtub for easy kid bath time! Step into the manicured, meticulously designed family outdoor space. This space was planned for real family time, a sectional sofa, fire pit, gas grill, dining table and a play set offering plenty of fun for the kiddos round out this vacation home. Welcome to Baycation.Please Read – Landscaping is schedule for Monday – Wednesday in Norfolk. If you are booked for this property you acknowledge our landscaper will enter the backyard to cut the grass. Trash is scheduled to be picked up 3 days a week, you also acknowledge that our private trash provider will be on site bringing cans out and back in.Guest Access:Our home has a contactless, seamless and easy self check- in. A code will be set for you and shared 48 hours before your arrival. At Sojourn we take your happiness and comfort seriously. Don’t hesitate to ask.The Neighborhood:Baycation is located in the lovely East Beach neighborhood of Norfolk, Virginia The Beach is just steps away in any direction! You may decide to take a nice walk on the beach, or ride your bike in this friendly and relaxed neighborhood. After your day at the Beach visit Cova Brewery and enjoy food trucks and a great outdoor space for drinks or coffee. Another great place down the street is Bold Mariner Brewery. East Beach is ideal to get away from the crowds of the Virginia Beach Oceanfront and relax in the sun and sand. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages and post the appropriate review.Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal – If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.* Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain, period. …* Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet.* Baby Wipes/Wet Wipes/Cleaning Pads* Dental Floss* Q-tips/Cotton Balls* Diapers* Pills* Paper Towels/Tissues*Coffee grounds3) Dogs weighing 50 pounds or less are welcome. No Cats or other types of animals allowed. There is a pet fee of $75 per dog staying between 1 – 7 nights. Each additional week (extra 1-7 nights) is $75 per pet. LT Pet fees are $450. No Exceptions.3) We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged.4.) Fireworks and fires are illegal in Norfolk and any use of either near the home, on the beach or a the home will be cause for immediate termination of your stay.5) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.
