The historic Eastern Market and Barracks Row offer a wide range of culinary delights and shopping opportunities. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal – If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.* Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain, period. …* Feminine Products. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged.5) If you are booking a flat in Washington DC, we have several parking options. Please inquire about advanced parking pass or parking space reservations.6) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.
