Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.For the comfort of our guests and team members, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted inside or within thirty (30) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke your card can be charged and your security deposit will be forfeited. Sojourn will contact the booking service, terminate your stay and post the appropriate review.Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe, these devices can not record or decipher what you are saying they are only formonitoring noise. Noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation could be terminated without refund.What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains – If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.* Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain, period.* Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet.* Baby Wipes/Wet Wipes/Cleaning Pads* Dental Floss* Q-tips/Cotton Balls* Diapers* Pills* Paper Towels/Tissues or excess toilet paperFireworks are illegal in Virginia. If you are found to be engaged in setting off fireworks we are required by the city to immediately terminate your stay. Also If you are found responsible for having started a wildfire or dune fire with fireworks, you may be liable for all suppression and reclamation costs or even face imprisonment and fines.3) If you are booking a flat that allows pets the pet fee is $75 per pet per week. This only applies to pet friendly listings.4) There is a complimentary Pack and Play and High Chair in the home.5) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.
