If you need to get some work done, you’ll appreciate the convenience of the workstation while still being a part of the action. There is one primary suite outfitted with a king bed and attached bathroom. One additional bedroom has a king bed and the remaining 5 bedrooms are equipped with 2 full beds in each. There is ample room for everyone! The bonus is the basement game room that offers hours of entertainment. This home is perfect for bachelor and bachelorette party groups!!Every single room has a smart tv with apps that include Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu (Live Sports and TV), HBO Max, and several other apps. The landscapers may arrive at the property on Monday / Friday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.*Check-out is at 11:00 am. Please note that outdoor staff arrives at 10:30 am to start with the exterior of the property.** One night stays are strictly limited to 8 people on the property at all times. No exceptions. All other reservations of two nights or more are allowed the maximum occupancy of 16 people on the property at any given time.
