However, immediate on-site service may not be available as the property isn’t manned round the clock.• Non-emergency maintenance may not be available during your stay, but we’ll do our best to resolve any issues.• Guests must be 18+, barring children accompanied by parents.• The guest limit is sixteen. We kindly ask for an accurate guest count.• A security camera is installed at the front door for your safety. Please avoid tampering with it to avoid possible eviction.• We respectfully decline early check-ins or late check-outs.
