It has a formal dining area, and a kitchen nook dining area, comfortable sofas in the living room to unwind and watch TV.A pool table and air hockey table for the holiday games is available to you in the garage of the home along with a washer and dryer.The pool area boasts a West facing pool deck with a good sized lanai to shade yourself from the day of sunshine should you need to escape the Florida sun. A large pool that can be heated upon request is the perfect way to spend the day with the family on a down day from the parks and all of Central Floridas attractions.Walt Disney World is less than 15 miles from your front door at this house. You will also have with your reservation in this home free Wi-Fi and free local calls, as well as a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience.Please note that with your home you have a private outside pool and spa. These can be heated but there is an additional charge for this option. This charge will be $27.50 per day (+taxes) with a minimum 5 day use. Please do make sure you request this service either at the time of your reservation or at the very least 72 hours prior to arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool and spa heated in time for your stay. We typically recommend pool heating for guests staying between the months of October and April.Please note that charcoal grills are prohibited from use at our home but we can rent you a gas grill for your stay. The driveway for this home accommodates 2 cars comfortably, there is a limit to 4 cars per household. If you have more than four cars, they must be parked outside the gated community.
