This three bedroom, two bathroom home comfortably sleeps one or two families. The home features an open floor plan, modern amenities, beautiful neutral decor and plenty of natural lighting. Solano Staycation is the perfect place to gather and reconnect with friends and family whether it is grilling on the deck or wrapping the evening up with smores & hot cocoa by the outdoor firepit.Breathe in that delicious mountain air as you find solace in the winter snow or cool summer weather. Prescott offers year round activities including Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo in July, special events at Halloween, Veterans Day parade, Thanksgiving, Lighting of the Courthouse in early December, Christmas festivities, and The Whiskey Row Boot Drop for the New Years Eve Event. The summer Concert Series brings free events to the Courthouse Square, bring your chairs, picnic basket and enjoy the music on the Courthouse Square.Prescott offers many hiking trails from light and easy to those for the more adventurous seeking a more rugged terrain. You may want to go see the Grand Canyon which is 1-1/2 hours away. Beautiful Sedona is an hour away, Jerome is 40 minutes and Flagstaff 1-1/2 hours away. If you want to see some local animals then our very own Heritage Park Zoo is a short 20 minute drive. The Granite Dells park is a gorgeous picturesque adventure and to name a few others we have Goldwater lake, Willow Creek and Lynx Lake. So many wonderful places to experience and enjoy!INSIDE THE HOMELiving room: A perfect gathering place to read, play board games or cozy up after a long day of sightseeing and exploring. This space offers 55″ Smart Tv to stream your favorite apps with complimentary wifi or enjoy one of the many dvds provided. There are two built in desks to allow guests a remote work space. The indoor fireplace is NOT for guest use.Kitchen: The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, except the ingredients. Appliances include a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, oven/stove and toaster. The home has a Keurig coffee maker, popcorn popper and many more kitchen necessities.Dining Room: The open concept dining area provides seating for up to 8 guests. There is an additional fold out table for guests to use as well.Bathroom 1 : This bathroom includes a shower/tub combo with a single sink vanity. The bathroom is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.Bathroom 2: This bathroom is located in the master bedroom. It features a shower/tub combo and vanity. The bathroom is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.Master Bedroom: This bedroom features a King size bed, dresser, mirror, bed side tables and lamps. There is a closet for additional space as well.Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a King size bed, dresser with mirror, bedside table and lamps. There is a closet for additional space as well.Bedroom 2: This bedroom features two sets of bunk beds with additional trundle beds. It sleeps a total of 6. The room includes a dresser, TV with dvd player and bean bag chairs for our smaller guests. Toys and books are available for guest use.Laundry room: The laundry room is accessible off the kitchen for your convenience. Amenities such as iron, ironing board, hamper and drying rack are available for guest use. There is an additional large storage closet for guest use, perfect for bikes, strollers and more.OUTSIDESolano Staycation has the perfect deck for soaking in the Arizona sun complete with picnic table. The deck offers a gas grill and propane heater for those chilly nights. The partially fenced yard provides granite boulders for climbing and an outdoor firepit with bench seats. There are additional lawn chairs available for outdoor use and/or to use for festival seating on the Courthouse Square.*Other things to note:*This home can sleep 10 guests in total, but is only city zoned for 8 people above the age of 13. There will be an additional charge of $49 per night per guests 9 and 10.BEFORE BOOKING please note that if your reservation requires additional guest fees and/or pet fees of $115, these fees will NOT be shown at time of booking. These fees will be added AFTER you have booked and you have paid the amount due at that time. It’s the guest’s responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of booking if there are any pets, service animals or additional guests that weren’t originally listed at the time of booking. Changes made to the reservation after 48 hours of time of booking are subject to a $35 change of reservation fee in addition to the pet fee and/or additional guest fee. Once a property manager has reviewed your reservation, these fees will be manually added. This contract will be sent after VRBO confirms the booking with our office.Pets or No Pets; It’s the guest’s responsibility to make PMI Northern Arizona aware of a service animal or emotional support animal that will be staying at the property before check in. Once made aware, you will be sent an email of our policy on this matter. When we’ve confirmed your service or emotional support animal, you’re required to sign an Animal Addendum in addition to the standard contract.
