The living room has an extra large sofa, with a 75″ wall-mounted smart tv and cable.The private pool area also has plenty of seating, with a living area that seats five and a dining area that seats eight undercover. Guests will also drift away in relaxation while enjoying the four lounge chairs next to the spillover spa. This is a great spot to take in the Florida sun or simply watch the birds fly in the thermals above the pond! This home has a child safety fence for protection and added Florida screen for privacy. There is a half bath downstairs off the dining room with pool access.When guests are not outside enjoying the Florida weather, they can escape to fun in the games room.
