The layout is perfect for 2 couples, with a split-bedroom floor plan, and has hardwood floors, high ceilings, and Dade County pine. Updates include lovely interior decor, a designer kitchen, washer and dryer, and coffee bar.Solimar Key West is in an old Victorian home, with just 2 other condos. The pool belongs to this unit – no other guests or owners are able to use it. The 1 car parking spot is reserved for our guests as well.You will have access to the entire condo, with the exception of 1 locked owners closet.
