The living room offers ample modern seating, a TV, and an eye-catching stone accent wall.The kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless-steel appliances and everything you would need to whip up meals for a large group! What leisurely vacation would be complete without a toaster, blender, and coffee maker to start the day. And why not wind down with your day at the POOL with wine ware, marg glasses and the same blender – all available for your convenience. The large kitchen island with 4 barstools is ideal for extra prep space or a gathering area for drinks and lite bites. Steps away, enjoy more formal meals at the dining table for 6.Outside, enjoy a private pool within the screened-in patio. The outside area features pavers so the space is no maintenance and is always well-manicured. An overhang provides extra sun (and bug!) protection for those enjoying a relaxing afternoon chatting at the dining table. A fifth shower is found outside to accommodate those enjoying the pool area as well as a private outdoor toilet and washroom.The home sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably between 5 beautiful bedrooms and 5 stocked bathrooms. Each space is more favorable than the next with themed decor and two suite-style layouts – a sure thing for sweet dreams.Bedroom #1 is just peachy (the only bed on the first floor) highlights a Queen bed and TV. A full bathroom with a stand-up shower is steps from the room and stocked to serve guests.Bedroom #2 -Mooska Meeska!!! This is your very own Mickey and Minnie clubhouse with a Twin-over-Twin bunk bed, Twin trundle, and decals of the most beloved mouses in history!Bedroom #3 Complete with Castle, this is a room fit for royalty with a Twin-over-Twin bunk bed, Twin trundle, and greetings from some of the original Disney princesses. A full bathroom with shower/tub combo is a shared space for bedrooms #2 and #3.Bedroom #4 Boasts an exceptional night of rest after your day in the pool with a King bed, TV, and en-suite. The en-suite features a stand-up shower.Bedroom #5 offers a Queen bed, TV, and en-suite. The en-suite also features a stand-up shower.And if this home already didn’t check off everything on your wishlist, a bonus area located on the 2nd-floor landing is the ultimate game room with a planetarium-esque wall mural, an air hockey table, and large TV.THINGS TO NOTE:- There is parking space for up to 2 vehicles.- A laundry area conveniently located on the 2nd floor is available for guest use.- Children’s items such as a high-chair, a stroller and pack and play (crib) are available for free in the home for your convenience.- $39/stay to use the outdoor grill.- There is a Ring doorbell attached on the main entrance door that will be active with video recording during your stay for security purposes.- The hot tub is at the clubhouse, not at the residence. At the residence you have access to a private pool.- $19/night to heat the pool. Please let us know 24 hours in advance. We would recommend adding pool heat to your reservation between the months of November and April. If the temperature falls below 50 degrees, the heating unit may not heat the pool adequately and may shut down. The pool will only heat approximately 10-15 degrees above the outside temperature during the cold months.- In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity in the community.- Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.The property is located in the Solterra Resort, a private community that offers a list of desired amenities. Guests of Solterra are welcomed to enjoy the on-site lazy river, pool, waterslide, hot tub, gym, tennis courts, walking path, and children’s playground. Outside of the resort, there are several options for dining and shopping with the closest and perhaps most desirable being ChampionsGate, a small city 3-miles away that sports a downtown feel with an array of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, specialty stores, and its own golf course with clubhouse and pro shop. Beyond ChampionsGate is the major Florida theme parks, Disney World and Animal Kingdom (12 miles), Epcot (13 miles), Universal Studios (20 miles), and more! Staying here sets you up for an endless amount of fun.Solterra community access: Upon entry, guests will pay a $48 fee for a Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee. The fee will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation. They will be issued a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry, they will also be issued the 4-digit code for the month that will allow access to the gym. Guests will need to have this card in their possession on the pool deck as well for staff to verify if asked. After hours check-ins will go to the guard gate. The guard gate will issue car passes and guests will need to visit the clubhouse once reopened to pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee to gain access to the pool the next day.
