If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservationWe use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.The Solterra Resort CDD charges guests an amenity access fee to utilize the resort amenities for the duration of your stay. This is a one time fee per house, per reservation. The fee amount is: 1-12 Guests = $35 13+ Guests $45.
