Welcome to Solterra Serenity! Where you and loved ones can comfortably spread out and relax at this spacious 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath house.When you stay here, you’ll be staying at the ultra-luxurious Solterra Resort. Complete with a waterslide, tennis courts, volleyball court, lazy river, poolside tiki bar and so much more.If avoiding toll roads, it’s 25 minutes to Universal Studios, 15 min to Disney, and 45 minutes from the MCO airport.We are proud to say that we are pet-friendly! However, to be mindful of all future guests we ask that all pets stay off all of the furniture, clean up after potty breaks, and ask that guests keep their pets in a kennel if the pet will be left alone inside the home for any length of time. Any pet damage or disregard for house rules in regards to pets will result in a minimum $150 fee.The home is tailored for families and groups to stay in an open, stylish, and relaxing space that is within close proximity to all major attractions, including the theme parks.Solterra Resort is one of the premier resort communities in the area. It comes with a beach-style pool, lazy river, waterslide, on-site restaurants, gym, tiki bar, and sports courts.There is an OPTIONAL one-time resort fee of $35 (per party, not guest) for those who wish to use the resort amenities. Guests who pay the one-time resort fee, have access to all of the resort amenities (ie. gym, cafe, pool, spa, and recreation areas).Next, while there are only 2 designated parking spots in front of the home, guests are allowed up to 5 car passes at a time. Please ask the front desk/clubhouse where extra parking spaces are available at that time.Lastly, unless a late checkout is purchased, your check-out time is 10:00 a.m. and we charge a $25 penalty for each 30-minute period that you stay past your check-out time.
