While the property sleeps a maximum of 28 guests, we may allow guests to entertain up to 40 people by special permission only. There are additional rules and local noise ordinances that must be strictly observed. You must inquire at time of booking and additional fees apply.Just a short walk or trolley ride to the famous Pier 60 and the sunset celebrations every day of the year, weather permitting, this Florida beach rental property is located just north of all the action on a quiet side street. This 10-bedroom huge beach property is divided into two buildings.This huge Florida beach rental will sleep 27 adults using all the beds and offers a pack-n-play for baby to make room for 28 total.The front house has 7 bedrooms. There are two family suites which includes 4 of the 7 bedrooms in the front building. This means you walk through a queen room to get to a room with 2 twins and a trundle. The suites have doors that close between the rooms for privacy. Families can use these suites to keep small children safely near parents in the room with the twin beds. The interior rooms do not have a door leading outside. Additionally, the front building offers 3 private separate queen rooms. And finally, the front building of this huge beach rental offers a sleeper sofa in the living room.The back house features 2 private rooms with queen beds and the third room has 2 twins with a trundle. The living room in the back house also has a sleeper sofa. (Please note that 3 of the twin beds are trundles that pop up from under one of the twin beds. There are two trundles in the front house and one in the back.)Each of the buildings has a full kitchen, dining room and family room. The buildings are separated by a private courtyard with a pool. The courtyard is filled with tables and chairs, creating the perfect setting for a family hangout. The city also offers well maintained tennis courts, basketball courts, boat ramp, public docks and a municipal building that can be rented for gatherings. Bring your boat; we are within a walking distance from the public boat ramp. There are almost no other Florida beach house rentals as large and this close to the sand as this fun property.If approved you may rent just one house and have access to the courtyard and private pool. We only allow separating the two homes if it is within a few weeks of your check in date. Please ask for more info. We have several properties surrounding Somerset Place if you need to accommodate more than 28 people overnight.ADDITIONAL INFO AND DISCLOSURES:Gatherings are permitted at this property with prior authorization made at the time of booking and additional fee. Groups that do not inform BeachhouseFL of gatherings in advance will be asked to leave without refund. Excessive noise after 10 pm is not allowed as it is located in a residential neighborhood.We do not supply anything that is taken off the property including any coolers, floats, beach towels, chairs, etc. March and April, June, July and some other holiday times are minimum 7 nights and typically are Saturday to Saturday. Age minimums do apply and there is a significant cash security damage deposit for groups under 25 years old. Pets are possibly allowed but must be disclosed and there is a pet fee.
